In 2004, it was hard to find a contractor, they were all understandably busy after Charlie. So we waited. We refinanced our home to do some repairs and remodeling, we wanted to make our attached one car garage into a new kitchen. A few contractors came by, some gave half-hearted estimates. I got the feeling they really didn’t want to be bothered with a “small job”.
Luckily for us, someone gave Rodger our name. He came by, seemed really interested in the job and gave us a fair estimate in a timely fashion. There were some issues with permitting, but Rodger stepped up and took care of all of it. Once the county allowed him to do his job, he got it done quickly. He was very patient with my concerns and questions. He listened to what I wanted and I got it!
We are grateful for the job he’s done. I went from a 8 x 5 kitchen to an 18 x 14 kitchen and we just love it. I was so pleased, when my boss said she was looking for a contractor to remodel some business space, I immediately recommended Rodger. She tells me she just loves him!
